Marketing Manager Campaigns & Content

Learnsoft is hiring a Marketing Manager, focused on content and demand generation campaigns, to join our small and growing team. This person will be repsonsible for building marketing programs – from strategy through to execution and measurement – in support of our growth targets. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a broad set of marketing experiences in B2B marketing, and has covered highly regulated industries like government and healthcare. This includes end-to-end campaign management and execution, from writing market-facing copy to sales enablement, and more. This person is collaborative, creative, and efficient.

This is green slate, blue sky time, the world is ours to determine, it’s up to us to figure out what works and doesn’t for our target personas and segments.  

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales and Client Operations to design and implement campaigns that will support them in meeting their goals including:
    • Multi-channel (online and offline) demand generation campaigns and lead nurture programs
    • ABM campaigns to deepen relationships and expand wallet share amongst existing customers through cross-sell and upsell campaigns
    • Customer experience campaigns including onboarding, retention, loyalty, and reactivation
  • Take marketing campaigns from inception through to execution and evaluation i.e. you’re the writer, page-builder, and master coordinator!
  • Measure, analyze, report on & optimize the campaigns based on performance
  • Develop your campaign materials, writing draft copy, and pushing items through an internal review process focused on matching messages to the marketplace
  • Implement activities in Hubspot (at least 90% of the way, we’ve got a specialist to help with tricky details!)
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop customer narratives (at the business unit, audience, and product levels) and translate to Sales materials including decks, one-sheets, case studies, and more

What you have: 

  • 4+ years of experience working in B2B Marketing in various capacities.
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with internal teams, both sales and client success
  • Deep understanding of a variety of demand generation strategies including ABM and working across a variety of channels to drive leads (digital media, events, direct mail, etc.)
  • A passion for writing, composing engaging market-ready content
  • Hands-on experience implementing campaigns and activities in Hubspot
  • Hands-on experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing bold and effective omni-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Curious, enthusiastic, compassionate, courageous – you like to test out theories and work collaboratively
  • Scrappy when needed and calm in the face of chaos/unexpected curveballs
  • Preference given to candidates with experiences in the government or healthcare sectors
