We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager who is driven by the opportunity to lead and shape the development of our next generation Learning Management System (LMS) offerings. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a tangible impact and excited to build and launch a newer, more innovative solution.
As a mid-level Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing engineering sprints, setting and tracking milestones, and developing product roadmaps. You will oversee competitive intelligence efforts and collaborate closely with the marketing team to guide go-to-market strategies. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and leadership skills to ensure our LMS products are innovative, competitive, and aligned with business objectives.
Product Development & Management:
· Lead the planning and execution of product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
· Manage engineering sprints, prioritize tasks, and ensure milestones are met within timelines and budget.
· Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and adapting to market changes.
· Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product features are delivered with high quality and meet customer expectations.
Competitive Intelligence:
· Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities in the Learning Management System space.
· Analyze competitor offerings to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
· Provide insights and recommendations to inform product strategy and development priorities.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
· Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate our LMS in the market.
· Support the creation of marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal teams, customers, and partners.
· Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, priorities, and progress.
· Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and address market needs.
· Utilize appropriate tools, documents and other forms of communication to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are kept abreast of key decision points and progress.
· 3-5 years of experience in product management, within the Learning Management System or EdTech industry.
· Proven experience managing product development cycles, including sprints, milestones, and roadmaps.
· Strong understanding of competitive analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
